I have always said that I wanted my children to learn to swim early, so today Maisie had her first swimming lesson. We went to the pool with Madeline and Sam and had a great time. It was good timing, as there was a baby auswim class on next to us so we could get some free tips! Maisie had a great time but was very tired by the end of it and fell asleep in my arms after she got changed out of her swimmers. Hopefully we can get to the pool once a week so that by the time summer is here she is more confident in the water.

Maisie has graduated from the bassinet into her cot and also from the baby bath into the big bath. This has been the biggest change that we have seen in her growth over the past few weeks. She is also spending some more of each day more awake and happy to babble and coo her way through conversations with us.
Cade was running in the City to Surf today. Maisie and I showed our support by watching it on the TV in our PJ’s.
